Score early, score often, score BIG! 2)The Pirates start rookie RH Gerrit Cole against St Louie's RH Adam Wainwright. Stone Cole is 1-0 with a 1.50 ERA in this series while Wainwright is 1-0 with a 1.29 ERA. On the road this season, Stone Cole was 4-2 with a 2.38 ERA. Love that takeout food! 3)In the past three years, St Louie is 7-1 in elimination games. I have news for St Louians, the Pirates packed a trunk full of Hit, Run, & Score and they brought the Jolly Roger, too!
